Michelle’s practice covers a wide range of litigation with an emphasis on corporate and commercial disputes. She has acted in cases involving fraud, company law, corporate insolvencies, public law, aviation law, probate law and professional negligence. She has also advised on commercial and public law matters, including regulatory compliance.
Michelle has appeared at all tiers of Malaysian courts and works closely with senior counsel in high-profile and complex briefs. Prior to starting her own practice, Michelle was an associate at Sreenevasan Young, a Legal 500 law firm.
